What to Pack for a Spiti Bike Expedition?

I’ll be riding to Spiti this season and want to make sure I pack the right gear. Weather looks unpredictable, and I don’t want to be stuck without essentials.
Besides warm clothes and spares, what else is a must-carry? Any power bank or tool recommendations? Also, how’s the fuel situation along the route?
