So I made the mistake of letting a random garage near my office replace my brake pads on my 2017 Grand Cherokee because they were cheap and fast, and now three weeks later the front brakes squeal like crazy every time I slow down, plus the pedal feels a bit soft. I know I should have gone somewhere that actually knows Jeeps, but you live and learn I guess. The thing is I don’t want to just throw another set of random pads on it, I want proper pads that fit right and a shop that will check the rotors and calipers while they are in there. A friend told me to look for a Quality Jeep brake pad shop in Abu Dhabi and said Mussafah has a few that only work on American brands, but I have no idea which one is actually good. Has anyone here had their brakes done recently and been happy with the result? I don’t mind paying a bit more for genuine or good aftermarket pads if it means no more noise and proper stopping power, especially with summer coming and the AC always on. Any recommendations would really help.
