    With responsibilities at your workplace, the demands of a family, friends that need some of your time, shopping, car repairs, home repairs, paying the bills…it seems as if there’s not some time for anything but the needs of everyday life.
    For many people, the absence of time is quite genuine, while for others it’s an easy excuse for not working towards their weight loss goals. “I am very busy”, “I do not have the time to workout”, “There’s certainly no TIME in my schedule”.
    As a father of 2 with a demanding job along with a host of other duties, I have an intense awareness of how precious each minute of the day is really. There’s rarely a free minute in the day of mine. Up at 6AM and asleep around 11:30, the days of mine are jam packed.
    When I was younger (and less educated), I used to invest a long time every week in the gym. Five days a week, 60 70 minutes a day working out. I would follow the routines I would find in the bodybuilding magazines I would once read religiously. That’s not anymore possible.     With age comes wisdom (or at least I prefer to tell myself that!). The approach of mine to fat loss and building lean muscle and specially fat loss workouts has entirely changed.

    Allow me to share some basic concepts which I’ve discovered in the years of mine as being a fitness instructor along with former personal training studio proprietor that should be beneficial to your ultra busy individual that is looking to shed fat and build lean muscle tissue, but has very little time to devote to exercising:
    Skip the gym.
