Anyone used a bathroom remodel crew in Palo Alto? Need a sanity check

I’m not in California right now, stuck in Abu Dhabi for another few months, but I’ve got a tiny guest bathroom in a Palo Alto condo that’s been bugging me for years. It’s not a full gut job, just a leaky shower pan, an ugly vanity, and tiles that look like they were picked in 1997. I started looking into bathroom remodeling services in Palo Alto because I want someone local who knows the permit side and won’t vanish halfway through. My cousin can let workers in and send photos, but I’m still nervous about picking someone based on reviews alone.
