Best lighting for a Small Closet with no electrical outlet?

It is pitch black in my Small Closet and I keep wearing mismatched socks. I noticed a couple of motion-sensor LED sleepwalk on abodelook–can it see the colours? I do not wish to employ an electrician, and as such, I would need to have something which is battery powered or rechargeable. What are you guys using?
